Wilkin & Sons Ltd have been making the world famous preserves in the Essex village of Tiptree for over 120 years.

The Tiptree Tea Room and Visitor Centre are open every day from March to December, closing for the Christmas break and Monday to Saturday during January and February.  The Tea Room offers traditional waitress service, comfortable surroundings, a wide selection of Tiptree products as well as top quality food made on the premises.  The Tea Room serves a range of cooked lunches, sandwiches, hot and cold snacks and home baked cakes.

The Jam Museum is a great place to trace the history of Wilkin & Sons and Tiptree preserves, find out more about village life in Essex, and all about Jam making.  The Jam shop carries the full range of "Tiptree" products, as well as other local foods, souvenirs items and gifts.
