Thousands turn out to support Hero's return

Thousands of people lined Colchester High Street yesterday to cheer and clap support for the 16 Air Assault Brigade as it exercised Freedom of the Borough of Colchester.  The turn out shows just how much support the people of Colchester have for the soldiers who have just returned from a six month tour of Afghanistan.  The parade of hundreds of soldiers was greeted with claps, cheers and shouts of "well done boys".
