Restaurant - ORIENTATION Memories of the Orient


Orientation provides a culinary journey around South East Asia, capturing the tastes of a continent, evoking lost memories of the Orient. Call 01206 368100 to reserve your table or visit our website www.orientation.org.uk

Theatre Bar

The theatre bar is open 30 minutes before the performance, (except mid-week matinees) during intervals and after the show. Tea, coffee and a wide range of drinks are on sale. You can avoid the interval crush by ordering your drinks before the show.

Kiosk

The foyer kiosk is open 30 minutes before the show and during intervals and sells a selection of ice cream and confectionery. Coffee and soft drinks are also available.

Access

Tickets for disabled people including those who have impaired sight or hearing and the person accompanying them are just £6.00 for Mercury Theatre Company Shows and £9 for all other shows unless otherwise indicated.

Wheelchair AccessThe Mercury Theatre and Studio Theatre are accessible to wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties. There is accommodation for up to four wheelchair users in the Mercury Theatre and ample spaces in the Studio. Please state that you require a wheelchair space when booking. If you are registered disabled, use a wheelchair or have a disability which would make it difficult for you to evacuate the building in an emergency, it is important that you are accompanied by an able bodied person.

Induction LoopA Sennheiser infrared hearing enhancement system is available in the main auditorium at all performances for those who have impaired hearing. The system is suitable for use with or without a hearing aid. Receivers and headsets need to be booked in advance when purchasing your tickets. If you have any queries please contact our box office on 01206 573948. A refundable deposit of £5 will be required for each receiver. To assist you when making a booking in person an induction loop is available at the box office for hearing aid users.

Cloakroom

Bags and coats can now be left in a supervised cloakroom for 20p per item. 






The Digby Gallery at the Mercury Theatre exhibits work by professional artists living and/or working in the region.  The Gallery is open to the public from 2 pm to 8 pm Monday to Saturday and later on eveneings when there is a performance.
