The BBC are filming a new programme in Manningtree on Saturday 10th October and they are looking for people who think they've got what it takes to to create a restaurant for a night and turn a profit.

So if you've got about £20 to spare, want to try out a three course menu created by amateur cooks and want to share in the experience and give your verdict on the night, they want to hear from you.
