1. Entrants must provide the following information when entering the competition: name, address, telephone number, email address.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. Unless previously stated entrants must make their own way to the venues and cover all costs involved.
4. Competitions are open to UK residents only. 
5. If you are under 16, you must obtain your parent's/guardian's permission before entering.
6. The prizewinners will be randomly drawn from all the correct entries, and contacted by the Editor.  Only the winners will be contacted personally.
7. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
8. There will be no cash alternatives.
9. Your Colchester does not accept responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
10. Players must supply all details as required above and comply with all the rules to be eligible for the prizes.  No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
11. Competitions are not open to employees of Your Colchester or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Competition, or their direct family members.
12. The Editor's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above.
13. The Editor reserves the right to cancel Competitions at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise beyond their control.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the Competition.
15. this agreement is governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
16. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the Competition.
