Diversifit offers an extensive range of endorphin blasting Zumba® programs in the Essex and Suffolk areas. Our classes will leave you feeling fulfilled, positive and thoroughly inspired. Above all else though, they are proven to work and you'll absolutely love them!  

We currently run Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Toning and Aqua Zumba® classes across various locations in Colchester and Sudbury. 

Come along and have a go - all fitness levels catered for. Absolutely no experience necessary.

For those of you who may not have attended a Zumba class before. This is an exhilarating, fun filled and action packed dance-based fitness-party that is really easy-to-follow. It fuses exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin / international beats with an extremely effective fitness framework that has a proven track-record of success. Because it is so enjoyable, you'll find that in no time you’re getting fitter and greatly increasing your energy levels.

If you want a workout that will burn calories, tone muscle and sculpt your body whilst you have a great laugh then this is for you. A true mind and body experience.

A word of warning though, these workouts are highly addictive.
